The Deferred Compensation Plan’s enrollment window for 2024 base pay begins Wednesday, November 1, 2023, and closes Thursday, November 30, 2023 at 11:59 p.m., Eastern time. During this window, you can elect to defer a percentage of your 2024 base pay.

Note: You cannot change your deferral percentage
after the enrollment window has closed. Your next opportunity to change your
deferral percentage for base pay will be during the next enrollment window (November of 2024).
